In a world of brands? by the Covid crisis, the global repercussions of the Ukrainian conflict and extreme weather events, the issues of supply, the flow of goods and materials, the location of infrastructures or energies will never have been? also visible. In the background, the big issue of the climate resilience of the entire supply chain underscores the urgent need to invent other imaginaries of transit and transport.
It is in this context that the Innovation Week in Transport and Logistics (SITL) holds its 40th edition in Paris, Porte de Versailles from March 28th to 30th, where 30,000 visitors will come to meet 500 exhibitors. In the guiding thread “Transforming oneself in the face of the great challenges of Transport and Logistics”.
Start-up Contest and Start-up Village: innovation at the heart of SITL, in partnership with SpintProject.
Having become one of the highlights of SITL, the Startup Contest brings together for its 9th edition the jewels of the world of transport and logistics.
Reducing the carbon footprint, contributing to industrial relocation, cybersecurity, CSR approach… Is innovation a key issue? in transport and logistics. Startups contribute to this by reinventing the sector and strengthening its excellence and competitiveness.
For nearly 10 years, TLRS has been rewarding project leaders for their pro-market engagement. The Startup Contest reflects the dynamics of these entrepreneurs who imagine tomorrow’s transport and logistics. Later this year, around twenty projects will be presented to a jury made up of major decision-makers in the sector, including La Poste, FNAC Darty and Les Mousquetaires, who will award the products and services considered the most innovative.
Who will win the Trophy that will succeed Delivery Academy* and Customs Bridge**, respectively, winners of the 2021 and 2022 editions?
Registration for the Startup Contest is now open, until 24:00 on February 8th.
The selected companies will pitch on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at 11:00 am, in the Atrium room.
The big winners will be announced during the Innovation Ceremony on Wednesday, March 29th at 4:15 pm.

The Start-Up Village: more than 300m2 dedicated to Start-ups that innovate in favor of T&L
To encourage this approach to innovation, SITL is offering this year the Startup Village: a space dedicated to young companies serving new needs or new transport and logistics markets. About twenty exhibitors will present their innovative or disruptive products, solutions and technologies that cover the entire logistics value chain. A great opportunity to find investors to build partnerships and go beyond the design phase!

* Founded at the end of 2018, Delivery Academy built a training program for urban couriers (from 3 days to 3 weeks depending on the formula) that aims to professionalize the approach of young and old people who deliver orders to individuals on a daily basis.
** Customs Bridge, offers a SaaS solution for assistance with customs classification, with access to all European regulations. The tool takes the form of an automatic product ranking engine powered by OVHCloud AI. It directly assigns the correct customs code to each product, but it is always the human operator who makes the decision.
