Ouihelp surpasses the mark of fifty agencies in France with the recent opening of wash (Mayenne) and Chartres (Eure et Loir) opened in december 2022.
The home care services company – certified by BCORP since 2020 – has taken this step in the territory since its creation in 2016. Ouihelp aims to “bring its innovative solutions to the many problems that plague the home care market. residence”.
A territorial network around Paris
Based on the success of its model, Ouihelp is expanding its territorial network in Grande Coroa, where it covers more than 150 cities with seven local agencies.
Since 2016, Ouihelp has been committed to allowing seniors to age as far and comfortably as possible in their own home, offering the professional and caring help of a carefully selected personal assistant. About 2,400 families rely on Ouihelp teams.
The model of these agencies is “at the service of all”.
Be the elderly, caregivers and family caregivers. The structure depends technological innovations to free up time for the management of each beneficiary and improve the comfort of life and work for everyone. “A real breath of fresh air for families and a real life changer for caregivers.”
The opening of two new branches will result in the recruitment two to three caregivers per week for each agency.
With local partners
The local agency built a relationship of trust with local partners.
Julia, for the Chartres agency, set up the first support with clients “with very positive feedback”, she guarantees.
She surrounded herself, like Mayenne’s colleague, with specialized, qualified and committed caregivers, “which allows them to be able to respond to the needs of our elderly people in a quick and qualitative way”.
Teams are also strengthened with the arrival of new employees (business coordinator and developer). “Our main goal? Support the elderly in the area to live well at home! I surround myself with teams that are aligned with our values and who are committed to being involved in the project,” says Céline Mazevet, Regional Director of Grande Couronne at Ouihelp.
In Chartres, it is a new challenge for Julia Marchini, 40 years old and head of the local agency.
I have been working in the home care area for 7 years. I want to provide quality home care, whose values are centered on the person’s well-being, and adapted to different needs and pathologies.
The choice of technology
Since 2016, start-up Ouihelp has been committed to allowing seniors to “age as far and comfortably as possible at home”.
The home support company allows elderly people with loss of autonomy stay at their house in complete safety, thanks to the help of a designated caregiver. “Ouihelp teams support families at all stages and will offer in 2023 a auxiliary services coordination (nurse visit, medical bed, etc.), security (remote assistance, etc.) or comfort (communication with family, hairdresser, etc.).
Since its creation, the start-up has chosen to invest in technology to “simplify everything that can be simplified and focus on the human: well-being of the elderly, caregivers and collaborators”, he communicates.
The company is the first personal services company in Europe to receive B Corp Seal certification. After the recent fundraising of 30 million eurosintends to deploy throughout France.
