The Winter Edition of BigBoss 2022 has just ended after three days of meetings, sharing and business in an environment that is still warm, at almost 2,000 meters above sea level, at Club Med in Alpe d’Huez. Review this exceptional moment in detail.

One keyword symbolizes this Winter Edition 2022 of the Winter that took place at Club Med in Alpe d’Huez on the 9th, 10th and 11th of December: business. A human business. An engaging business. A benevolent business. A business that got off to a flying start with two giant speed dating sessions once the 720 participants arrived in Lyon. And that culminated in a prestigious night that crowned winners in eight business categories!

Among the highlights of this edition:

• 2 sessions of 10 speed dating one-to-one affinity and qualifying deals through in-house matchmaking technology. 350 digital, e-commerce, marketing, communication, data and IT decision makers were able to dialogue with 160 service providers to accelerate their projects and their generation of value. In the end, 5,000 7-minute meetings were held in half a day.

• The lecture “Leadership is Magic”, hosted by Samuel Gaulay, CEO of Magic Tech. An engaging talk that drew on the psychological techniques of magicians to show you how to anchor your messages, create memorable experiences and spur action.

• The BigBoss Awards Ceremony, which crowned 9 winners in 8 business categories to highlight successes, recognize businesses, reveal favorite startups and celebrate business communities. This ceremony was attended by a jury of 30 renowned decision-makers and major brands, chaired by Quentin Briard, CEO Marketing Digital & Technology, Club Med.

During the press conference, the founder, Hervé Bloch, and the deputy general manager of communities, content and digital, Alexandre Nobécourt, took stock of the year 2022 and also of the projects for 2023. In the program:

• The development of BigBoss365, the first 24/7 business community platform, in association with its subsidiary PROXIMUM365 and its technology solution Vimeet. The goal: to enable decision makers to quickly find relevant partners for their most pressing projects and to offer partners an essential new tool to generate leads through AI and Machine Learning technology.

• The ramp-up of the “BigBoss on-demand content” offer (white papers, studies, trend books, etc.), produced in partnership with the YouGov institute, for the main partner sponsors in order to increase the visibility of their expertise through relevant and editorial content expected by decision makers. WShop, GCollect, Edenred and Oney have already done the experiment successfully!
