Joy and satisfaction for Fannick AKLE, representative of MEDOM BENIN. For him, this award is the consecration of several months of reflection, of work aimed at improving the platform presented in the Startup Challenge of Moov Africa.
MEDOM BENIN, he says, is a startup that has been operating in Beninese territory since 2019. After the COVID-19 crisis, and in the face of difficulties linked to travel limitations, he thought about digitizing its services to facilitate patient care at home. . Hence the idea of creating the platform that allows the patient, wherever he is in the national territory, to look for a doctor and have him as soon as possible.
“It is a local service that also allows you to search for available pharmacies in your area, request specialized nursing care at home, benefit from a medical transport service, a laboratory service, a medical tele-advice service, all in one click. ” explained Fannick AKLE.
The quality of MEDOM BENIN’s services, according to him, no longer needs to be demonstrated. The startup works with qualified and accredited health professionals, registered with the National Order of Doctors of Benin, he assured.
