PrestaShop, the first open source e-commerce solution in Europe, is joining forces with 360Learning, the French nugget of collaborative learning, to develop its training offering, the PrestaShop Academy.
The platform, available in five languages (Spanish, Italian, French, English and Polish)offers to date more than 250 e-commerce training modules.
The alliance of two growing leaders
In 2021, EDTech accounted for €1.3 billion* in France, with the vocational training segment alone accounting for over 53%. A colossal market in which 360Learning intends to take a step forward thanks, in particular, to its recent fundraising of 177 million euros, which allows it to accelerate its model and impose itself as a reference. An ambition shared with PrestaShop, whose objective is to position itself as the reference commerce platform for the growth of companies around the world, allowing them to easily implement their activity on a larger scale. In 2021, PrestaShop websites generated 24 billion euros in sales, an increase of 9% compared to 2020. By partnering with this French collaborative learning solution, PrestaShop relies on the experience of its employees to offer a varied catalog and relevant training course for a broad audience of professionals, regardless of their level of maturity or their role in e-commerce. The 360Learning experience will provide quality training that makes it easy for learners to adopt and engage thanks to a fun, easy-to-use interface. The association of these two key players in their respective markets demonstrates France’s dynamism in responding to the challenges of multi-digit growth. ” Using our expertise in collaborative learning with PrestaShop seemed obvious to us, to allow, among other things, to provide e-commerce players who want to develop, the knowledge they lack. In our own way, we contribute to a sustainable ecosystem and affirm the French experience on an international scale.“, says Edouard Rabany, vice president of customer success at 360Learning.
A scalable platform
PrestaShop Academy offers the entire community – merchants, developers, freelancers or web agencies – training in your language and divided into four universes: Merchant, Tech, Digital and Expert. The platform thus reinforces PrestaShop’s value proposition by covering the different stages of the activity of its customers and partners and allowing them to develop their skills. Thanks to PrestaShop Academy, they can master all the essential features of an online store to always be more efficient in an ever-changing world like e-commerce. ” We are very proud to collaborate with a reference partner like 360Learning and to combine our respective areas of expertise to provide our community with all the knowledge they need to scale their business. concludes Christophe Bernon, PrestaShop’s head of training.
