The program is aimed at recent graduates as well as optometrists who have obtained their degree in recent years. Successful applicants will then be matched with clinics in urban, rural or remote areas, with the aim of securing the future of the industry and providing residents of these areas with comprehensive access to eye care.

In addition to loans, program participants will receive competitive base pay, eye care benefits and access to innovative world-class technologies, industry leaders and professional development opportunities. They may also be entitled to a guaranteed minimum wage and reimbursement of moving expenses.
