Right of recess, HDJ, child psychiatry: CHC management response

Asked today by various media about the right of withdrawal presented by some of the staff of the Department of Psychiatry and Elderly Persons at the CHC, The Administration of the establishment provides the following clarifications: The right to withdraw was filed on April 5, 2022. On the same day, a first meeting was held with the employees involved.

A CHSCT was convened on 12 April. During this meeting, Management received a number of demands.

A new follow-up meeting took place on Tuesday, April 26, between the staff and the Director of the CHC, Christophe Robert, allowing us to see undeniable progress on the most important points and proving the constant quality of the dialogue established between the employee representatives and establishment management.

Since the right of withdrawal was filed, several actions have been taken, taking advantage of school holidays, a period when patients are not welcome:

nurse recruitment
The recruitment of two nurses is ongoing. A third party must join the team within a week. These recruitments will make it possible to maintain therapeutic activities, including outings. In addition, the CHC Care Department has re-launched applications to allow for the recruitment of a psychomotor specialist.

It works
Since April 14, order forms have been sent for work at the doors. The order for the network sockets has been placed and the installation of the sockets starts this week. This work should be completed next week and allow the installation of the computer stations already delivered.

Logistics
The orders for the refrigerator and the dishwasher have been placed and the delivery of this equipment should take place in the next few days. Likewise, the company responsible for cleaning the back of the building sent its quote to our establishment, which allows us to place the order.

This evening, the CHC management expresses the guarantee of a quick exit from this degraded mode of organization and renews its support to the teams concerned with providing quality care and reassuring the families that place their trust in us.
